There's a reason they're not showing the top of the box in the pictures. There's a huge (about 1.5" X 2.5") embossed Watch Pavillion logo on the top of the box. :-/
The interior is tan by the way, not grey as in the pictures. The leather is shiny and looks like vinyl. The toolkit is as advertised, though the tools appear to be cobbled together from various manufacturers or products lines (IE the screwdrivers are not from the same line). No biggie, but looks a little homebrewed.
I guess the bottom line is that there's a reason you're getting a 12 watch case with the toolkit for $65. If you intend to use this to display your Timex collection, you'll love it. If you want to put your Breitlings, IWCs, Panerais in it, it's probably not for you. I fit neither of these groups, but I sent it back. Fair warning...

Other than the gold on the latch, we love this item. It even fits my man's oversized Zodiacs, etc!

I own approximately 10 watches of value. The individual purchase containers for each watch are extremely huge. I haven't purchased any more watches because of the storage problems. After reviewing the watch box online, and receiving a $25.00 gift certificate from previous purchases I ordered the box displayed. Huge bargain many other retailers wanted in excess of $100.00. I have plenty of spaces for the 10 watches I own and future purchases. Very inexpensive item that will allow you to protect your watches.

Although I received the product in the incorrect color, I contacted the customer service department and they promptly contacted me. They didn't have the color I ordered originally, but were nice enough to give me a discount to keep the one I received. The box itself was nice and my husband liked it. The product was received on the day it was expected.

"Surviving the Heat"
The box in itself is a great value. The pillows are spaced substancially apart. Enough so you can fit two 50+ mm watches side by side and there will NOT be any contact made. I have many high end watches, tourbillon and meteorite among them, most automatics or mechanical. I am aware of quality better than should be expected. This item is IT!!!
The tools in the kit / box are of reasonable quality, and for the price the are also a great value. I will be purchasing another.
