Awesome watch May 07, 2007

Bought this watch for the wife after buying it for a going away gift for a fellow employee. I was so impressed with the watch when I first saw it, I knew it would be the ideal watch for my wife.
It is a beautiful looking piece that can be considered a dress watch but not too dressy to be considered out of place as an every day wear watch.
My wife is fairly rough on her watches, but upon close inspection (After 5 months of use) this watch as weathered the storm. No scratches on the crystal and the band seems to be holding up as well. Thus far, I am impressed. Her previous Timex after a few months of use looked as if it had been put in a washing machine for a few hours.
The watch keeps perfect time. I am sure it will be off after a year or so, but so far so good.
Be sure to let it sit under a light for a few days before going out in public. It does need to charge for a while and then it is a "set it and forget it" watch (outside of DST). No winding and no batteries, how can you not love that?
If you want the band adjusted (which you probably will want since every wrist is different), take it to a jeweler. It is a pain to do it yourself.
